I heard some GREAT news today for those of you in South Florida and the surrounding areas (like ME!) there is a HUGE Gluten Free expo coming to West Palm Beach in February 2011!Can't wait! I'll be there, will you?

It was so crowded at the Civic Center with over 1300 people attending, that we decided to quadruple our Expo space to 25,000sf vs. the 6,400sf from past years. We're going to have real exhibitor booths, so now you'll be able to stroll down the aisles, shop, and sample items too. We expect to have over 100 booths all to serve the growing Gluten Free industry! Please mark your calendars and Save the Date.
